Limevale Lending, a small-business funding broker in Trenton, New Jersey, answers the questions owners ask most: what we do and do not arrange, how the form works, whether an LLC can apply, and whether funding can pay the owner. Limevale is a broker, not a lender; partners decide and set rates and terms.
About Limevale Lending
Are you a lender?
No. Limevale Lending brokers; it does not lend. Partners decide and set terms; we arrange and explain. How a request moves lays out the four steps.
Where is Limevale Lending?
The listed address is 9 E State St, Trenton, NJ 08608, and the phone is (609) 359-4306. Nearly every conversation is by phone.
Do you speak with owners outside the city?
Yes, across Communities near the E State St office, by phone or the online form.
What we arrange, and what we do not
Which funding types?
Six: working capital, term loans, credit lines, stock financing, equipment financing and merchant cash advances. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receipts, not a loan.
Personal, payday, car title or mortgage loans?
No. Business funding only. We also do not offer grants or arrange SBA-backed loans, and we do not arrange funding for agriculture or trucking.
Can I use a personal loan for the business?
Some owners do, but it mixes personal and business credit and puts your own finances directly on the line. Business funding keeps the obligation with the business, although many agreements still include a personal-guarantee clause.
Eligibility questions
Is a New Jersey LLC eligible to request business funding?
Yes. LLCs, corporations, partnerships and sole proprietors all apply. Partners check that the entity is active with the state and that its name matches the bank account.
May I pay my own wages from borrowed business funds?
Borrowing to fund an owner's draw is something partners view with caution, because it adds debt without adding income. Most agreements specify business uses. If paying yourself is the real need, ask whether the underlying issue is pricing or cash timing.
Is there a minimum time in business?
Every partner on the Limevale list weighs files by its own rules. We cannot promise any outcome.
Records and next steps
Partners look at state records before they lend. The guides and calculator cover New Jersey annual reports, trade name certificates and Trenton, NJ zoning, plus a loan payment calculator.
